Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a specialized form of gentle massage, aimed at enhancing the function of the lymphatic system. This technique not only aids in the movement of lymph fluid, but also plays a vital role in improving circulation throughout the body. By reducing swelling, MLD can alleviate discomfort and promote faster recovery from injuries or surgeries. Additionally, stimulating the lymphatic flow, MLD supports the body's natural detoxification processes, promotes relaxation, and contributes to overall health and well-being.
Pregnancy Massage relieves
Pregnancy Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches, and swelling. When reserving your first session, please indicate how many weeks you will be at the time of your appointment.

Silicone Cupping therapy
