With over 11 years of experience as a massage therapist, I have continually pursued further education to enhance my skills and better support my clients on their health journeys. In 2023, I proudly became a certified manual lymphatic drainage therapist, a specialization that has brought immense relief and wellness to many of my clients. Each session is uniquely tailored to meet individual needs, guided by an intuitive approach that incorporates a variety of techniques. These include cupping, hot stones, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, and assisted stretching, ensuring a comprehensive and personalized experience for every client. My goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment where healing can thrive, and I look forward to partnering with you on your path to wellness.
